Our approach is to promote a personal and respectful relationship with our clients while at the same time exhibiting laser focus on the objectives at hand. Our mission is for each client to achieve the most favorable outcome without financial burden. The building where our office is located is a renovated six-story Chicago style limestone warehouse located in the North Loop Neighborhood. Built in 1886 for the Moline, Milburn and Stoddard Company as a farm implement warehouse, the Traffic Zone building is of significant historic and architectural interest and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building is an artist-owned cooperative that is utilized for gallery exhibitions, open studio events, and other art related matters. There are a number of painters, photographers and sculptors in our building. We are also very close to the new Twins Stadium and we have ample ramp and metered street parking. Stop by to see our building and look at the gallery art!
